AMPOULE AUTOMAT 16 – STATIONS
The
fully automatic forming of Ampoule from glass tube starts with
feeding of the tube at each station. The tube is lowered at pre-set
length & gripped to revolve on its axis by two concentric
chucks.
The rotary movement of machine
carries individual tube through pre-heating drawing to form stem
constriction & cutting the aid of different burner posts &
form tooling.
The cut ampoule is separated
from tube to be conveyed for cutting glazing & sorting machine.
- Main drive bevel gears are of
alloy steel & heat-treated. It runs in oil bath for long
life.
- Oiling system for all-important
moving parts, viz bevel, chain wheel, worm wheel etc.
- Smooth jerk less rotation on
the units. Ensure good quality ampoules.

AMPOULE AUTOMAT 20 – STATIONS WITH CUTTING & GLAZING MACHINE
Coupled
and synchronized with automat. The formed ampoules are conveyed
to sensitive scoring station. The scored ampoules are indexed
for glazing sharp edge, by fusing & polishing burners.
Sorting follows above on six adjustable stations to gauge pre-determined
stem diameter in range of 0.1 mm. The sorted ampoules are transported
to respective collectors.

on ball bearings.
